Sebastián Brocher has a diverse range of work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Sebastián is the founder and CEO of ChimiChurri, a company that combines business expertise with agile software development to deliver impactful solutions. Additionally, Sebastián is the co-founder and CTO of LexAlign PBC, a role they have held since 2016.
In 2018, Sebastián founded CryptoArte, which is a generative Ethereum art collection and decentralized application. This project has been featured in various publications and platforms such as Coinbase Wallet and Hackernoon.
Sebastián also built and operated ReportAmigo, a SaaS product that automates financial reporting for small and medium-sized businesses. Sebastián founded this company in 2017 and continued to manage it until 2021.
Before their recent ventures, Sebastián worked as the CTO for Detecting Talent from 2019 to 2020. Sebastián also founded and managed Noctual, a startup focused on building digital products and providing business and technology consulting. One of Noctual's products, SiteCondor, was acquired by gShift Labs in 2015.
Sebastián's earlier experience includes roles at Dealuv, WhiteGlove House Call Health, and Schlumberger/Axalto/Gemalto. At WhiteGlove Health, they served as the Director of New Lines of Business and later as the Director/Head of Technology. During their time there, they led technology teams, developed innovative strategies, and built integrated technology platforms.

Sebastián Brocher pursued their education from 1996 to 2001 at the ITBA (Buenos Aires Institute of Technology). During this time, they studied Computer Engineering and focused on subjects related to Engineering and Computer Science.
