Pamela Bennett currently serves as the Director of Development at LexArts, a position held since November 2024. Previously, Pamela held the role of Community Development Director at Isaiah House Treatment Center from May 2023 to November 2024. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Political Science and Government from Campbellsville University, obtained in May 1996, and a Master of Public Administration from Xavier University.
