Sandeep Padam

Sandeep Padam is a seasoned cybersecurity professional currently serving as vCISO at LEXCOMPLY since January 2024 and as Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder at Astranova Labs since November 2023, with a vision of providing accessible and compliant cybersecurity solutions for businesses of all sizes. Prior to these roles, Sandeep held the position of Sr Director Information Security at Lowe's India from March 2020 to October 2023 and assumed a leadership role within the Indian Navy from January 2000 to February 2020. Sandeep's educational background includes a Business Management degree from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, a Master's in Technology (Computer Science) with a focus on Cyber Security from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Naval College of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Science from the National Defense Academy, Khadakvasla, Pune.
