Nynke Wolters currently serves as an HR-adviseur and corporate recruiter at Lexence, responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process of legal professionals and supporting the recruitment strategy and budget since September 2020. Previously, Nynke held roles as a campus recruiter, focusing on the selection of student interns and maintaining relationships with academic organizations. Nynke's prior experience includes working as an HR-assistant in recruitment at ING, completing a master thesis at Politie Eenheid Amsterdam, and undertaking a graduate internship as a junior HR consultant at HR consultancy Peperclip. Nynke also worked as an HR medewerker at Rivièra Maison. Nynke holds a Master’s degree in Policy, Communication, and Organization from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with a Premaster from the same institution and a Bachelor's in Human Resource Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences. Educational background also includes HAVO eindexamen from Willem de Zwijger College.
