Yedidya Nisan

Yedidya Nisan's work experience includes co-founding and serving as CEO of Lexense since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at Commercial Arbitration from February 2020 to March 2021. Yedidya also served as an Investment Associate at Brosh Capital Partners from January 2019 to February 2020, where they focused on equity and distressed debt analysis. Yedidya gained experience as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Supreme Court of Israel from September 2017 to September 2018, providing legal research and drafting legal opinions and court rulings. Yedidya worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from October 2015 to October 2017, specializing in Corporate & Securities Law, Finance, and M&A. Yedidya also served as Deputy Editor at Mishpatim Law Review from 2014 to 2016. Yedidya Nisan started their professional career in the Israel Defense Forces, where they served as an Infantry Officer and Captain from 2008 to 2012, including a role as Deputy Commander of an Infantry Company.

Yedidya Nisan began their education in 2013 at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they pursued a Bachelor of Laws degree in the field of law. Yedidya completed their undergraduate studies in 2017. In 2016, Yedidya went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance at the same institution, which they completed in 2018.
