Paula H. J. Cholmondeley

Paula Cholmondeley is a member of the Board of Directors of Terex Corporation (NYSE) and Bank OZK (NASDAQ). She is also an independent trustee of Nationwide Mutual Funds. Across her board career, she has served on the audit, investments, governance, strategy, corporate social responsibility, and compensation committees. She has also chaired 5 audit committees, a nominating and governance committee, and a strategy and corporate social responsibility Committee. She currently chairs the Terex audit committee. She is a member of the faculty of the National Association of Corporate Directors In-Board Room and Board Advisory Services where she teaches and conducts board evaluations. She is also an NACD Certified Director and a Board Leadership Fellow. In 2015 she was elected to NACD Directorship 100. Her previous public company boards include Dentsply Corporation, Ultralife Inc, Armco Steel Inc.; Albany International, and Minerals Technologies. During her executive career, Ms. Cholmondeley has had profit and loss responsivity for global divisions with revenues up to $750M, served as CFO of companies with revenues up to $28, brought new technologies to market, served as the head of the strategy for two large corporations and held seats on numerous non-profit Boards. Her company "The Sorrel Group" conducts individualized board education for new directors. She chairs the Corporate Board Initiative of the Executive Leadership Council.
