Lindsey Neff, M.Ed, CCSM, currently serves as the Community Engagement Manager and Customer Success Manager at Lexia Learning, where notable achievements include being awarded the 2024 Customer Success Rookie of the Year and maintaining a 93% customer retention rate with a 4.8 CSAT score. Lindsey has extensive experience in educational settings, having worked as a Reading Specialist and Kindergarten Teacher at Mokena School District 159, where responsibilities included delivering targeted reading interventions, developing remote learning solutions during the pandemic, and managing grant proposals for innovative classroom resources. Previous teaching roles at Cicero West Elementary School and Liberty Elementary School focused on improving literacy and closing achievement gaps for underserved students. Lindsey holds a Master’s Degree in Reading Specialist from Olivet Nazarene University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Illinois State University.
