Marina Turlakova is currently the Manager of Product Research and Analytics at Lexia Learning, following a progression from Senior Analyst in Product Research. Previously, Marina served as the Senior Director of Research and Evaluation at uAspire, where leadership encompassed data analytics and efficacy research, contributing to college affordability advocacy. Additional roles include Director and Senior Manager of Research and Evaluation at Uptake, where participation in a data science fellowship further enhanced expertise, and Research Manager at Innovations for Poverty Action, where management of randomized control trials was key.
