James Garner is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in development and integration architecture. Currently serving as the Head of Development at Endava since June 2023, James previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Lexicon Digital, where responsibilities included overseeing headcount growth and fostering talent. James's career includes significant roles at Deloitte Australia, managing integration architecture for RMIT's Workday transformation and leading initiatives for various clients, including the Environment Protection Agency and Toyota. James's expertise in integration and platform engineering is complemented by a solid educational background, holding dual Bachelor's degrees in Applied Science and Engineering from RMIT University.
