Jon Caines has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Jon is currently the Chief Creator of Opportunity and Co-Founder at Max-Grad. Prior to this, they worked at Lexicon Networks Inc. where they held positions such as Executive Vice President Business Development, Senior Vice President Business Development, and Inside Sales Account Manager. At Lexicon Networks, they played a crucial role in providing solutions to fortune 500 clients and solving operational and organizational problems with creative software solutions.

Jon Caines has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business/Studies with a minor in Philosophy & Economics from Fairfield University. Jon also obtained another Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business/Studies from Universidad Centroamericana, Managua.
