Amelia Pane Schaffner

Amelia Pane Schaffner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Partner at Lexicon Strategies since March 2023, Amelia has contributed to both public and private sectors by providing strategic communication consulting. Previously, Amelia co-founded and was the Managing Director of the Roberto C. Goizueta Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at Emory University, where significant funding was secured for the center's establishment. Amelia's earlier roles at Accenture included Strategy Principal leading global innovation initiatives and Strategy Senior Manager overseeing capability development programs. Contributions to the World Economic Forum as an agenda contributor and financial analysis experience at Merrill Lynch further highlight Amelia's expertise. Amelia holds an MS in Business, Finance, and Economics from Luiss Guido Carli University.
