Eduardo Santos began their work experience in 2009 as a Stock Manager at STEF-TFE, where they were responsible for stock management and customer support. Eduardo then worked as a Customer Service Representative at TAP Portugal from 2012 to 2013. Eduardo joined Heathrow in 2014 as a Team Coordinator, overseeing airport customer service team management. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at London Executive Offices, initially as a Customer Relations Supervisor, then as the Deputy General Manager and later as the General Manager. In 2018, Eduardo joined easyJet as a Customer Advisor. Eduardo then worked at BNP Paribas CIB from 2019 to 2022 as a Personal Assistant. Currently, Eduardo is the Operations Manager at Lexidy, starting in January 2022.
From 2009 to 2012, Eduardo Santos attended ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where they pursued a Licentiate degree in Sociology.
