Genia Bozzo

Genia Bozzo's work experience shows a long career in HR, starting as an intern at Tesco in 2004. Genia then took on roles as an HR Generalist at GE Consumer & Industrial and an HR Manager at Trovit Search SL. Genia later worked as a Life & Professional Coach and a Digital Recruiter. In 2017, they became the Director of People Operations at Worldsensing, where they developed and executed international team expansion and built the HR department from scratch. Genia then moved to ForceManager as Head of People, managing talent in three countries with a team of 2 people. Currently, they are the Head of People at Lexidy.

Genia Bozzo has a diverse education history that spans over two decades. Genia began their studies at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, where they earned a Diploma in Business Sciences in 2002. Genia then went on to pursue a Master's in Human Resource Management at Middlesex University from 2003 to 2004. In 2009 and 2010, they attended EADA Business School, where they obtained a degree in Strategic Labor Relations. In 2012, they completed their Co-Active Coaching Training at Augere. Recently, in 2021 and 2022, they attended IESE Business School for further education in business leadership and human resources management respectively.
