John Moses has extensive experience in public health and harm reduction services, currently serving as the Team Leader for Harm Reduction Services and Coordinator of the Needle Exchange Program at the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department since November 2004. In this role, John Moses oversees various critical services including Narcan training and distribution for overdose prevention, HIV and Hepatitis C testing, and referrals, as well as immunizations and food handler permits. Previously, John Moses worked as a Linkage Navigator at the Community Action Council from 2000 to 2002, where responsibilities included managing cases for the HIV/AIDS Program and the Homeless Transitional Housing Program.
