Human Resources and Coordination

The Human Resources and Coordination Team at LFCHD is responsible for managing all aspects of employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and staff development to ensure a caring and equitable workplace. This team also oversees project planning, regional coordination, and financial coordination to align with the department’s mission of improving public health in Lexington. They ensure accountability and respect in implementing policies and programs that support both employees and the community.
