Ronnie Tadlock is a seasoned product development manager at Lexington Home Brands, Upholstery Division, since January 2004, responsible for transforming concepts, sketches, and CAD drawings into marketable upholstery products, with a focus on styling, comfort, and value. Additionally, Ronnie has extensive experience in import sourcing, managing relationships with domestic upholstery manufacturing and factories in Asia, including travel to China, Indonesia, and the Philippines. Prior to this role, Ronnie worked at Pennsylvania House Upholstery from July 1981 to October 2003 in various capacities including sample builder, upholsterer, trainer, and fabric handler. Ronnie completed education at Parkwood High School from 1978 to 1981.
