Sharon Crouse has over 39 years of experience in the retail and customer service industry. Since May 1985, Sharon has served as the customer care manager at Lexington Home Brands, where a strong focus on customer satisfaction is key. Prior to this role, Sharon worked as a buyer at Belk from June 1984 to May 1985. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Clothing and Textiles Merchandising, Marketing and Management from Appalachian State University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
