Brett Jebens

Brett Jebens is an experienced quality assurance engineer currently working at Lexington Manufacturing, LLC since September 2019, focusing on production and quality process improvements. Prior to this role, Brett served as an engineering and business development strategist at C3 LLC, where opportunities for growth and strategies for expansion were identified. Brett founded and grew Wooden Bridge Trading Co. SA from a small workshop into a successful manufacturing facility with over 50 employees, as well as significant annual revenue. Previous experience includes working as a woodworker and foreman at Mark Hansen Designs, self-employment specializing in renovations and furniture, and volunteering as a primary school teacher in the Peace Corps. Brett holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
