Nicole Anderson

Nicole Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in customer relations and marketing. Nicole started their career as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Transition Networks in 2014, where they conducted market research, contributed to content development, and collaborated on social media strategies. Nicole then progressed to positions such as Marketing Database Coordinator and Marketing Database Specialist within the company. In 2017, Nicole became a Marketing Specialist and Program Manager at Transition Networks, responsible for coordinating marketing programs. In 2019, they transitioned to Lexington Manufacturing, LLC, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative before progressing to roles such as Customer Relationship Specialist, Customer Relationship Manager, and currently, Director of Business Relations. In these roles, Nicole has been responsible for various customer-centric initiatives, including customer support, establishing service standards, and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Nicole Anderson attended Minnetonka High School from 2006 to 2010. Following their high school education, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communications at Bemidji State University, graduating in 2014.
