Aneesah Deen-Carlos

Aneesah Deen-Carlos has extensive work experience in various roles related to staff development, employee engagement, and organizational development. Aneesah currently holds the position of Director of Staff Development, Employee Engagement & Patient Experience at Lexington Medical Center. Aneesah has been with the company since October 2007, initially serving as Assistant Director of Staff & Organizational Development. Prior to their time at Lexington Medical Center, they worked as a consultant at Bermuda Cablevision and Caribbean Cable Communications. Aneesah also has a background in training and development, having held roles such as Regional Director of Training & Development and Director of Staffing & People Development at Time Warner Cable. Aneesah has experience in call center management and supervision as well.

Aneesah Deen-Carlos attended the Pheonix University On Line from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they studied at the Florida International University - College of Business from 1991 to 1996.
