Cam Crow has over 20 years of work experience in healthcare administration and planning. Cam currently serves as the Vice President of Physician Network Administration at Lexington Medical Center. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Wellstar Health System, including AVP of Provider Compensation and AVP of Medical Group Development. At Wellstar, they were responsible for strategic growth and retention of the WellStar Medical Group, managing the practice acquisition process and leading a team of recruitment staff and liaisons. Prior to that, Cam worked as an Engagement Manager at Gallup, where they specialized in healthcare consulting and partnered with business development teams. Cam also served as the Director of Planning at Palmetto Health, leading the development of the system's Strategic Plan and directing planning and Certificate of Need activities.
Cam Crow has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the College of Charleston, which was completed from 1993 to 1997. They also hold a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of South Carolina, earned between 1997 and 1999. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification in March 2021, from the institution SHRM.
