Lara Lott Moore has a diverse work experience. Lara started their career in 2001 as an Office Manager and Enforcement Liaison for Palmetto Pride, where they developed office policies, restructured accounting functions, and collaborated with the SC Litter Control Association on enforcement efforts. In 2002, they became an Office Manager at Small Smiles Dental Clinic of Columbia, where they administered day-to-day activities, handled human resources and accounts, and served as a conflict resolution specialist. From 2006 to 2009, Lara worked as a Regional Manager at FORBA Holdings, LLC, providing operational support for 20 Dental Centers in multiple states and acting as a liaison to various internal departments and governmental agencies. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President at Lexington Medical Center since 2015.
