Michelle Silvey

Michelle Silvey is a Senior Technical Support Specialist at BD Carefusion since July 2016 and has also served as Sleep Manager at Lexington Medical Center since July 2006. With over 24 years of experience in Sleep Technology, Michelle is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist responsible for managing the daily operations of a sleep center and a team of fourteen staff members. Essential duties include collaborating with the Medical Director, ensuring compliance with the American Academy of Sleep Medicine's accreditation standards, and implementing quality assurance programs to achieve high patient satisfaction scores. Additionally, Michelle has held a position as a member of the American Academy of Sleep Technologist from 1995 to 2016 and was a Sleep Coordinator at Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System from 1988 to 2006. Michelle's educational background includes studies at USC-Spartanburg.
