Tom T. has over 25 years of work experience in various technology-related roles. Tom started their career at FedEx Services as a Sr Technical Analyst and worked there for nine years. Tom then moved on to Hewitt Associates, where they served as a Sr Apps Development Lead/Project Manager for three years. After that, they joined Edelman as a Sr. Manager - Application Development for three years. In 2012, they joined Northwestern Memorial Hospital as an IT Manager - Administrative Systems for two years. Since 2014, Tom has been with Lexington Medical Center, initially as a Director of Information Technology and currently as the Executive Director of Information Technology. In their current role, they manage a diverse team and oversees the development, deployment, and support of various applications critical to the hospital's operations. Tom is also responsible for reimagining the possibility of ERP systems and formulating and executing HCM, FSCM, and WFM strategies.

Tom T. has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University. Tom also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems, both from Mississippi State University.
