Gilad Nave Frost

Director of System and Software Architecture at Lexington Medical

Gilad Nave Frost has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles over their career.

Gilad began their career at Spectrum Dynamics as a Software Developer in 2007 and then worked at Maayan IP as an Embedded and RT Software Engineer from 2005 to 2009.

In 2009, Frost co-founded Gylion Design House Ltd., where they served as a Co-Founder and later transitioned into the role of Software Architect. Gilad stayed with Gylion Design House Ltd. until 2014.

Frost then joined Comverse, where they worked in the Innovation Team. Gilad'sresponsibilities included executing the incubation of Comverse Share SaaS solution into a product and investigating technological advancements for next-generation incubation projects. Gilad'stime at Comverse lasted until 2013.

From 2013 to 2022, Frost worked at ControlRad, where they held various roles. Initially, they served as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to the development of solutions for reducing C-Arm's radiation health risks. Gilad also integrated eye tracking solutions into the operating room environment and developed an Android application for controlling a physician's Region of Interest, among other responsibilities.

Frost progressed to become a Software Engineering Manager at ControlRad, responsible for managing the software team and portfolio. Gilad led R&D projects and successfully navigated various multidisciplinary challenges. In 2021, they transitioned into the role of Director of System and Software Architecture before leaving ControlRad in 2022.

In 2017 and 2018, Frost worked as a Software Lead at Visionsense Ltd. and a Software Manager at Medtronic, respectively.

Currently, Frost is employed at Lexington Medical, Inc. as the Director of System and Software Architecture, a position they have held since 2023.

Gilad Nave Frost completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2005 to 2007, they pursued a Bachelor of Education degree in Theatre Directing and Education from Seminar Hakibutzim.
