Rolf Wildermuth has worked in the medical device industry since 1999. Rolf began their career at Tyco Healthcare as a Sales and Marketing Director in 1999. In 2007, they moved to Covidien as a Business Unit Manager. Rolf then became a Business Unit Director at Covidien Switzerland in 2011, and at Covidien in 2013. In 2013, they were also appointed Chairman of the Board at Covidien. In 2015, they became a Business Unit Director at Medtronic, and in 2017 they were promoted to Country Director and Chairman of the Board at Medtronic. In 2019, they worked as a Consultant in the medical device industry at Medtech. In 2020, they joined Lexington Medical, Inc as Vice President Europe and General Manager and Chairman of the Board. In 2021, they became a Co-founder and Chairman of the Board at Bottneuro AG.
Rolf Wildermuth's education history includes an E.M.B.L.-HSG Executive Master of European and International Business Law from the University of St.Gallen in 2014-2015, as well as a TU-HSG in Business administration/economics for technology entrepreneurs from the same university. Rolf also holds certifications from the SMP Management Programm St. Gallen (Boston Strategy Week at the Harvard Club of Boston, 2019), Harvard Law School (Executive Program on Negotiation, 2015), St. Galler Business School (General Management, 2002; Sales Management, 2001), United States Surgical Corporation (Certified Stapling Technician, 1990), and Université Paris-Sorbonne (Cours de Civilisation Francaise de la Sorbonne, 1987).
