Alyssa Coon-Harris

Alyssa Coon-Harris is an experienced library and information science professional currently serving as a Catalog Specialist at Lexington Public Library since October 2022. Previously, Alyssa held various roles including Technical Services Assistant at Centre College, Weekend Circulation Manager and Tutoring Coordinator at Georgetown College, and Special Collections Cataloging Graduate Assistant at the University of Kentucky. Earlier experience includes positions at Berea College Hutchins Library as Building Manager and Cataloging Associate, as well as internships at Choices Women's Medical Center and Camp Shane. Alyssa earned a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Berea College.
