Jane Fronczak, JD has over 10 years of professional experience in client success, compliance, sales, and marketing. Jane began their career in 2000 as a member of the Sales and Marketing Team at The Apartment Guide. In 2003, they joined the Operations Management Team at Thomson-Reuters: Healthcare Information Division (Solucient). From 2009 to 2010, Jane worked as a Benefits Advisor at the United States Department of Labor- EBSA. Jane then served as a Law Clerk - Small Business Clinic at Gonzaga University Legal Services from 2010 to 2011. From 2011 to 2014, they were an Associate Compliance Attorney at Routh Crabtree Olsen - RCOLegal, managing oversight and compliance practices for Fortune 500 clients in the financial industry. Jane then joined Thomson Reuters as a Client Success Manager from 2014 to 2017, where they strategized with high level stakeholders to build and manage long term trusted relationships with clients in a variety of industries both domestic and global. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as a Client Success Manager at SAP Concur, developing trusted partnerships with key stakeholders and helping clients realize value. Jane then joined SAP Ariba as a Client Success Manager, Preferred Care from 2020 to 2021. Jane currently works as a Client Success Manager at Lexion.

Jane Fronczak, JD obtained their J.D. from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a B.A. from the University of Washington in a double major of Social Science (law, politics & economics) and Communications. In addition to their formal education, Jane has obtained certifications from LinkedIn (Communicating Across Cultures, October 2020), Co-Active Training Institute (Co-Active Trained Coach, October 2019) and Spinning Globe Ltd (Spinning Instructor, March 2016).
