Amy (Beckwith) Janik is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience in both executive and policy roles. Currently serving as a Professional Services Specialist - Policy at Lexipol since November 2021, Janik previously held various leadership positions within the City of Georgetown, including Field Operations Bureau Commander and Support Services Bureau Commander, managing critical aspects of law enforcement operations. Janik's earlier roles included Administrative Lieutenant and Police Lieutenant, with a foundational career beginning as a Police Officer. Educational qualifications encompass a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin and numerous leadership certifications from prestigious law enforcement management institutes.
