Andrea Abbas Ms

Andrea Abbas MS, NRP, IC, CP-C currently serves as the EMS Operations & Community Paramedicine Supervisor at Livingston County Emergency Medical Services and is a Founding Advisor for Women In Emergency Services. With extensive experience in emergency medical services, Andrea has held various positions, including EMS Programs Manager at the Michigan Center for Rural Health and Paramedic Supervisor at Mobile Medical Response. In addition to contributions as a freelance author for Lexipol, Andrea has held multiple academic roles, including faculty positions at Washtenaw Community College and Eastern Michigan University. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eastern Michigan University, alongside paramedic education from Schoolcraft College.
