Courtney Douglas

Courtney Douglas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program and project management, particularly in content quality and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager at Lexipol since April 2022, Douglas has previously held roles such as Program Manager and Project Manager at the Ethics & Compliance Initiative and the International Association of Chiefs of Police, focusing on anti-human trafficking programs. Early career roles include Project Coordinator at Formed Families Forward and various positions at Her Campus Media and other organizations. Douglas holds a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from George Mason University and is currently pursuing a Professional Certificate in Project Management from New York University. A Bachelor’s degree in Forensic Psychology and an Associate degree in Education were also earned from George Mason University and Northern Virginia Community College, respectively.
