Jonathan Marshburn

Jonathan Marshburn has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the fields of corporate strategy, product development, market analysis, and investment banking. Jonathan is currently serving as the Senior Director of Strategy & Product at Lexipol, where they lead the development of corporate strategy and product vision. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Corporate Strategy & Development, Growth Segments at Varicent, where they identified growth opportunities, implemented strategic initiatives, and managed M&A pursuits and strategic partnerships. Jonathan also has experience as a Corporate Strategy Manager at Infinicept, where they formulated growth strategies and supported a growth equity round. Before this, Jonathan worked at Grant Thornton LLP as a Senior Strategy Consultant and Strategy Consultant, advising clients on growth strategies, strategic initiatives, and M&A. Jonathan began their career at Bank of America as an Analyst, where they specialized in underwriting and due diligence. Jonathan also has experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at McColl Partners. Jonathan started their career as an Intern in Sales & Marketing at iQmetrix. Throughout their career, Jonathan demonstrated expertise in market analysis, strategic planning, financial modeling, and deal execution.

Jonathan Marshburn earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and International Business from the University of South Carolina in 2013. In 2012, they studied International Finance at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) as a part of their education.
