Julie Jacobsen

Julie Jacobsen is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in grant writing and advocacy. Currently, as the Business Owner at Elevate Training & Grant Solutions since May 2025, Julie focuses on delivering impactful training and grant services to enhance organizational capacities and foster community development. In addition, Julie serves as a Grant Writer for the Echoes Project and has been a Grant Writer/Non-Profit and Fundraising Consultant for Live Life Map since 2019. Julie also holds the position of Grant Writer Specialist at Lexipol and serves as Grant Writer Director for the North Park Police Department. Prior experience includes working as a Victim Advocate at the Box Elder County Attorney's Office from March 2012 to October 2018. Julie's educational background includes studies at Cerro Coso Community College.
