Larissa Nichols

Larissa Nichols, PMP has a strong background in project and program management. Larissa is currently the Director of Technology Operations at Lexipol, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, Larissa worked as a Program Manager at Lexipol from January 2022 to May 2023. Before joining Lexipol, Larissa served as a Project Manager at Identity Fusion, Inc. from November 2019 to January 2022. Larissa also worked as a Project Manager at Mutualink from June 2016 to November 2019, and as a Project Manager: Store Operations at JCPenney from January 2014 to June 2016. Larissa's early career included positions at Office Depot, where they held roles such as Regional Development Manager, Project Manager, Loss Prevention District Manager, Store Manager, and Assistant Store Manager. Larissa demonstrated strong leadership skills, contributed to new store openings, and conducted selling skill classes to develop associates.

Larissa Nichols, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance, General from Texas A&M University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1996. In 2013, they also received a Certificate in Project Management from Collin College. Larissa obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in November 2015.
