As Lexipol’s CFO since 2012, Van’s passion for strategic growth has helped propel Lexipol into new products, services and markets, expanding our ability to serve clients. Van’s focus on geographic expansion, via its employee base and market growth, contributed to Lexipol’s evolution from a primarily western U.S. client base to a national market leader.

Van has spent over 30 years with high-growth technology companies in publicly held, private equity and venture-backed businesses. Prior to Lexipol, he served as CFO for Luxtera, Inc., recently acquired by Cisco. As CFO at Wyle Electronics, Van helped grow the business from $100M to $1.5B in revenues, leading to a successful sale of the company. He also served as CFO for Cherokee International and Telmar Network Technology, playing an instrumental role in executing strategic growth initiatives and acquisitions.

Van is a graduate of the UCLA Anderson School of Management executive program and enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
