Wendy Niebank PMP, ITIL has a diverse and extensive work experience. Wendy currently holds the position of VP Professional Services at Lexipol. In their previous role as a Consultant - PMO Lead at NextGen | GTA: A Kelly Telecom Company @ CMSPI, Wendy created and managed a project management office (PMO) to support customer engagements and service delivery. At People 2.0, they served as the SVP, Global Portfolio Management and Office of the CIO, where they established and directed a global enterprise PMO. At PGi, Wendy held multiple roles, including VP Business Systems, VP Strategic Initiatives & Planning, and VP Professional Services/Director - Global Services Project Management, leading various initiatives and teams. Wendy also played a vital role at The Home Depot as the Director Project and Operations Process, where they established the Merchandise Execution Team and led the PMO. Finally, Wendy served as the Director Project Management and Director & Sr. Manager Fulfillment Operations at EarthLink Inc., providing transformational leadership in PMO and operational management.

Wendy Niebank PMP, ITIL holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Pacific - Eberhardt School of Business. Wendy also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Management of Technology from the Georgia Tech Scheller College of Business. In terms of certifications, Wendy has earned a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2007 and an ITIL Foundations v.3 certification from EXIN in 2013. Wendy also holds a Professional Project Executive Certificate from PRODEVIA LEARNING, which was obtained in 2023. Additionally, Wendy has a C.P.M. (Certified Purchasing Manager) certification from the Institute for Supply Management, acquired in 2000. Lastly, they have participated in a program titled "Global Leadership – Conducting Business in China" at Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
