Scott Welsh

Scott Welsh has over two decades of experience in the publishing industry, currently serving as Circulation Controller at LexisNexis Canada Inc. since March 1999. Prior to this role, Scott was the General Manager at Triple-D Publishing from September 1991 to July 1998, where responsibilities included data management, production, circulation, content management, and advertising for the company's Canadian division, which published a satellite TV guide called OnSat for 40,000 national subscribers before its closure due to a shareholder dispute. Scott Welsh holds a degree from the University of Guelph.
