Neeraj Prabhakar

Neeraj Prabhakar is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience in various sectors, including US multinational corporations and the education sector. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at LexisNexis India since July 2014, Neeraj partners with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Human Resources at Educomp Raffles, where Neeraj developed HR annual operating plans, and Manager of Human Resource & Training at Unicon Investment Solutions, overseeing HR operations and compliance. Earlier experience includes key HR positions at Bharti Airtel and IBM Daksh Services.
