Leigh-Anne Webster

Leigh-Anne Webster has extensive experience in the software industry. Leigh-Anne started their career at the University of Port Elizabeth as a Student Assistant in 2002. Leigh-Anne then moved on to Korbitec, where they held various roles such as Software Quality Engineer, Lead Software Quality Engineer, Software Methodology Specialist, Software Analyst, Project Leader & Senior Analyst, and eventually, Product Owner from 2003 to 2016. In 2017, they joined LexisNexis South Africa as a Product Owner before transitioning to General Manager: Product and then Head Of Product: Workflow in 2021, where they were responsible for driving product development and overseeing a team of product owners and analysts. Throughout their career, Leigh-Anne has demonstrated a strong ability to manage teams, develop products, and set strategic objectives for the divisions they have led.

Leigh-Anne Webster completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Computer Science at the University of Port Elizabeth from 1999 to 2001. Leigh-Anne then pursued a B.Com Hons in Computer Science at the same university in 2002. In addition, they obtained a Certificate of Security Achievement - White Belt from Security Journey in 2022 and became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) in 2018 through the Scrum Alliance.
