Jackie Ventom

Jackie Ventom is an accomplished consultant and director with extensive experience in learning and development, particularly in sales education. Currently serving as a GTM Academy Consultant at LexisNexis UK since June 2021, Jackie specializes in developing and delivering e-learning and coaching for the Go-To-Market UK team. As Director at MSQ LTD /JVT & C since 2000, Jackie has created impactful learning solutions for sales leaders, achieving measurable performance improvements through various training formats. Additionally, Jackie is an Associate Consultant and Learning Facilitator for The LPI, enhancing the delivery of online learning, and serves as Principal of Talent Development at B2E Consulting, collaborating with clients to align talent strategies with business objectives. Previous roles include Head of Learning and Development at Reed Exhibitions, where Jackie supported over 1000 sales professionals globally, and various sales management positions at NEWS UK, Ulster Television, and Thomson Regional Newspapers.
