Judy N. has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Judy began their career as a Bilingual Customer Relations Manager at Camping World in 2001, where they successfully developed and managed an international market. In 2004, Judy joined Comcast as a Bilingual Customer Service Supervisor, overseeing a team of Account Executives and implementing various projects. In 2006, they joined VitalChek Network Inc. as an Operations Manager - Customer Care, where they focused on employee culture, goal prioritization, and customer satisfaction metrics. Judy's dedication and expertise led their to become the Director of Customer Operations at VitalChek, where they managed operations across multiple centers and led efforts to enhance customer communication. Presently, Judy serves as the Sr. Director, Customer Operations & Experience at VitalChek, an executive-level role where they ensure outstanding customer experiences, leads customer research, and optimizes cross-functional teams.
