Eric Saida

Eric Saida serves as a Board Member for the Consumer Data Industry Association since January 2021 and has been with LexisNexis Risk Solutions since March 2006, where roles include Deputy General Counsel and Vice President for Business and Government Services. In these positions, Eric advises on legal and regulatory matters, particularly focusing on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and data privacy regulations, and has managed over $2 billion in acquisitions. Previous experience includes positions at Duane Morris LLP, Equifax Marketing Services, Baker & McKenzie, and Bilzin Sumberg, specializing in various areas of litigation and privacy law. Eric holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from Brandeis University.
