Mark Kelsey

Mark Kelsey is chief executive officer for the Risk & Business Analytics division of RELX, which includes LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Reed Business Information (RBI). Appointed to this position in December 2012, he is responsible for driving revenue and emerging market needs with cutting-edge technology, unique data and advanced scoring analytics.

Mark joined RBI in 1983 and was appointed to the Board in 1992 as managing director of Estates Gazette. In previous roles as chief executive officer, and chief operating officer of RBI, he led the company's transformation from traditional publisher to a provider of data and analytics.

Kelsey holds a BA in Geography from the University of Liverpool and an MBA from the University of Bradford. He is based in London, United Kingdom.
