Sophie Piketty

Sophie Piketty currently serves as CFO for the Middle East and North Africa and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis for CEMEA at LexisNexis since January 2023. Prior to this role, Sophie held the position of Group Controlling and FP&A Manager at Vallourec from March 2017 to December 2022. Experience in financial leadership includes serving as Divisional Financial Controller, Assistant Divisional Controller, and Internal Auditor for Smurfit Kappa between September 2011 and November 2016. Sophie began professional career at Deloitte as a Senior External Auditor from July 2008 to September 2011 and completed an internal auditing internship at HSBC Private Bank, S.A. in July 2008. Early experience includes an internship as an Assistant to the Financial Controller at ReflexAmerica, Inc. Sophie holds a BBA in European Management and Business Studies from Lancaster University, which was pursued from 2005 to 2007, alongside a business degree from NEOMA Business School.
