Taha Ghasempour

Taha Ghasempour is a seasoned professional in the fields of AI and engineering with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of AI and Engineering for Classification at LexisNexis since September 2025, Taha's prior roles include Generative AI Lead at Legal & General, Managing Data Science Consultant at Capgemini, and Senior Data Scientist at NatWest Group. Taha also has a background as a Data Science Consultant at PA Consulting, a Ph.D. Researcher at UCL, and a Research Analyst at RSSB. Taha holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Systems Engineering and Operations Research from UCL and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of London.
