Alexander Chapman

Alexander Chapman is a highly experienced professional in the field of mechanical engineering, serving as a Senior Vibroacoustics Engineer and Laboratory Director at Lexmark since June 1998. In this role, Alexander leads an ISO 17025 Accredited R&D Laboratory focused on Noise Emission and Electrical Power Consumption, providing testing and consulting services to regional businesses. Additionally, since January 2009, Alexander has contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at the University of Kentucky, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Statics, Dynamics, Vibrations, and Introduction to Mechanical Engineering. Alexander holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, all from the University of Kentucky.
