David Groce Lssim

David Groce MBA LSSBB CPIM is an experienced professional in manufacturing and process improvement, currently serving as Senior Manager of Hardware Manufacturing Tier 2 Operations at Lexmark since 2011, where responsibilities include managing engineering and operations for global printer manufacturing. Groce previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Global Process Owner for Supply Chain and Service Delivery, Manager of Worldwide MPS Consumables, and WW Project Manager, demonstrating a strong proficiency in supply chain processes and product management. Additionally, Groce contributes as an Adjunct Instructor at Bluegrass Community Technical College, teaching courses on APICS and Lean/Six Sigma. Prior to Lexmark, Groce gained extensive experience in engineering and lean consultancy roles at RWD Technologies and Johnson Controls. Groce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
