Kevin Howard

Kevin Howard is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in managing technology operations and enhancing customer satisfaction. Currently serving as the Global Information Technology Manager at Lexmark since August 2021, Kevin directs IT operational excellence through effective leadership and oversight of various functions, including Service Desk, Data Center Operations, and Change Management. Prior experience includes roles as Information Technology Department Manager and Senior-Advanced Technical Support IT Operations at AT&T, where Kevin advocated for operational stability and executed complex customer support. Prior to AT&T, Kevin held positions as Territory Sales Manager at Creative Images Technologies and Business and Marketing Teacher at Scott County Public Schools. Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Bellarmine University, completed between 2007 and 2009.
