Les Smith

Les Smith is an experienced professional in the manufacturing and technology sectors, currently serving as an Industry Consultant for Lexmark since September 2021. Prior to this role, Les held positions at Regal Beloit Corporation, including Regional Account Manager from July 2015 to August 2021, responsible for outside sales for strategic customers, and Plant Manager from August 2012 to June 2015, where significant improvements were achieved in operational efficiency and cost reduction.
