CEO & Co-Founder at Lexop

Amir Tajkarimi is CEO and Co-Founder of Lexop. Amir has also served as an advisor on the Committee on Strategic Initiatives in Technology for the Barreau du Québec, and as legal counsel for the National Bank of Canada. Prior to their work in the private sector, Amir articled with the banking and insolvency practice at Heenan Blaikie.

A Montreal native, Amir Tajkarimi graduated from McGill University with a degree in law. Amir has always had a passion for technology and entrepreneurship, which led him to co-found Lexop. Lexop is a software as a service company that helps businesses manage their legal risks and meet their compliance obligations. The company is headquartered in Montreal, with offices in Toronto, New York, and Paris.

Under Amir's leadership, Lexop has become one of the fastest growing companies in Canada. In 2018, the company was named one of Deloitte's Fast 50 companies, and in 2019, it was ranked one of Canada's top 100 tech companies by Canadian Business Magazine.
